That’s great news, I hope you fixed the bug I reported. It was a random reboot when I was adding and removing matter mpst5v ihoste and it still happened when I restarted the wifi network in the house.

Hi, we have identified the bug and will fix it in v4.3.0.

Thank you for your feedback. According to the logs, the issue of sub-devices going offline occurred because certain functions of the device undergo initialization after the upgrade is completed, causing Zigbee sub-devices to temporarily go offline. You can observe for the next two days to see if frequent crashes continue to cause sub-devices to go offline. If so, please feel free to contact me at any time.

A setting question and maybe something for you guys to rework:
In Settings > Display I have the setting “automatic lock” set to 2 minutes. This works for the default Sonoff (NSPanel) app, but when I set the Home Assistant app to default and when I am in the Home Assistant app, the screen never turns off/locks.

Only when I go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Display > Advanced > Sleep and set it to e.g. 2 Minutes, the screen turns off after 2 minutes with the Home Assistant App open as well.

A little bug as well in the same menu: Settings > Advanced Settings > Display > Advanced has the “show status bar” toggle. When the screen is set to landscape mode via the regular settings the status bar is located wrong on the right side of the screen instead of on the bottom. Screen rotation is set to 90° which sounds correct.

The feature is expected to be implemented in version 4.3.0 (delayed by a few days, tentatively scheduled for release around January 12).

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently addressing this issue and will update you promptly once the optimization is complete.

Whenever NSPanel Pro120 is rebooted I get this window. Hope the next update will.address this nuisance.

May I ask if this prompt automatically appears on the page every time you restart the NSPanelPro? I conducted the same test but did not receive this notification. Could you record a detailed video to describe the specific steps?

It happens when I reboot rhe NS Panel Pro 120 thriughtge Ewelink App.

Still on version 4.1.5

I don’t think it will. It’s not a bug in NSPanel Pro - that window is just Android warning you that F‑Droid is an “unknown source”. Since NSPanel Pro has no Google Play, every sideloaded app triggers this message after reboot. Nothing to fix here, it’s normal Android behavior.

The problem is that that pops up message blocks the Home Screen, the clock, weather etc. Better add a feature to removebthe message after some time.

Hi,

I think that if you allow the app source, then this window won’t show on re-starts.

Just click on the toggle on the right - it should change it’s color. And then you can click on the back button on the top left.

Try restarting it after to confirm.

Thanks for your answer.

I didn’t have time to make a feedback by accessing the panels, I’ll try during the next days…
I can already tell you that I configured the home app directly via the HA Companion in the dedicated section…

For the update status on one of my panels, I already tried to update the eWelink APP list, even shut it down then restart the APP for the same result. Maybe I’ll wait for the 4.3 release to see what it shows?

I’ll come back soon with more precise feedback

Hi. do you now have a date to release 4.3 firmware ??

Thanks

Thank you for your attention. Version 4.3.0 is planned to be released today (January 12).

Good News Thankyou

Has version 4.3.0 been released yet? I haven’t received the update on my end

Thank you very much for your patience. We have got two Matter plugs and have tested them for a while.

We do notice a bug that these Matter plugs won’t be online after pairing if they are NOT added to NSPanel Pro’s screen manually (eWeLink App -> NSPanel Pro -> Screens -> Edit Screen). But we haven’t encountered any crashes on the NSPanel Pro during our tests.

We’ll continue to do more tests. But we would also like to ask if you could please submit a log on your NSPanel Pro device through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> About -> Feedback -> Submit after you encounter the crash.
