I updated the system yesterday afternoon and the Zigbee devices went offline. I manually woke them up and they seemed fine, but then they went offline again last night. I woke them up once more, but they were offline again this morning. Now they are back online
I have to commend you, after this update I can finally get matter bridge but I donât want to carry thermometers across the bridge. Thatâs my last reservation.
Hi, you can submit the NSPanel Pro logsïŒTop drop-down menu â Settings â About â Feedback â SubmitïŒ and device ID to me, and I will check whether the offline issue is due to normal Zigbee signal interference.
Sorry, I might not have understood the question. Are you saying that you donât want to bring the thermostat on iHost to eWeLink? (There doesnât seem to be a thermostat on iHost at the moment, right?) Or is this specifically a device?
I wrote it wrong, I have connected thermometers SONOFF SNZB-02D and SNZB-02P, but they do not share them to NSPP via the Matter bridge. The only one that shares to NSPP is SNZB-02LD.
It seems to be OK now (R5 scene switch). Thank you very much.![]()
Great job on the update that came out for NSPP. But I have some comments about the cards in NSPP. I like things organized and like everyone else I create tabs into which I sort devices and scenes. Since the matter gate is already working (except for thermometers) I added devices with matter to the tab. With which they can neither be moved nor deleted.

They havenât done it yet.
Hello, first time I observed this issue on 4.4.0 but after the upgrade NSPP120 to 4.4.6 is remains unfixed.
On an older versions of firmware (months ago) I created an dashboard using th split screen to placed several widgets on it.
I used that time widget for a sensors like SNZB-02D, SNZB-02LD, SNZB-02WD or TRVZB.
As for now, I cannot add new devices as a widget on the split screen. There is an information like the âwidget is not supported yetâ (details on screen).
How to fix this? How can I create a new split screens wirt widget and display on it a temperature from sensor located in different rooms?
NSPP 120 ramdomly disconecting from wi-fi.
Hi, I have ptoblem with NSPP after upgrading to 4.4.6. Few minutes after reboot I hear many tick sound randomly and nspp goes offline and no zigbee. All ZB devices go offline too. I think the tick sound is connected tĂł the message you can see in video. Earlier version was not problem.
Also hear ticks on NSPP. I guess I read it is related to âproximityâ sensor, but not sure. I can live with it so I did not investigated. Waiting silently for new FW release. ![]()
The error was identified and fixed, but the fix was not included in the latest update.
Hi, thank you for your info.
The worst is that all ZB devices go offline. No heater, no info about environment.
I hope They are do it quickly.
Apart from a few interesting outages, the NSPP is now stable. I havenât found any bugs, but I will try non-standard situations.
Does anyone know how can I roll back to earlier 4.4.3 version?
Thanks.
