I updated to version fw 4.5.0 last night because I have motion sensors there, so the notification that a person was detected kept coming. Because of the notifications, the NSPP froze during the restart and only the black screen remained.
After turning the power off and on again, the NSPP works.
Hi, do you mean that the normal notification of sensor status changes caused the NSPanelPro to restart and show a black screen? You can still submit the logs now, and I will look into the cause ASAP.
Have you considered redesigning the notifications? As you can see in the video, it’s impossible to leave the settings because I was constantly getting notifications that there was movement.
4.5.0 release seems almost flawless to me, at least much more reliable than 4.4.6.
It’s simply not clear the purpose of BThome proxy, mine is continuosly searching for BT devices since a fw days ago without finding any of a dozen of BT sources around.
Hi, Does it mean that the sub-devices are all missing or just offline? You can submit the NSPanelPro logs in time, and I will check them as soon as possible.
After upgrading to 4.5.0, motion sensor notifications cause the NSPanelPro to restart and go to a black screen (as mentioned earlier).
Sub-devices go offline after upgrading to 4.5.0. (Are these sub-devices under the NSPanelPro, or were they synced from the iHost? I noticed in your video that some sub-devices were offline.)
Regarding the sync failures you showed in the video (multiple sync attempts failed), could you submit the app logs? I will forward them to the corresponding app developers to check the specific cause. In the video, after syncing, some sub-devices went offline. Are those devices actually online on the iHost? Have you tried syncing to other Matter platforms to see if the devices appear online?
When adding the Matter bridge, the device reset. Does this mean all configurations under the NSPanelPro were lost? Or did the NSPanelPro simply reboot during the process?
Please forgive me for reaching out again to confirm these details.
Notifications that appear on the NSPP when motion is detected by the motion sensor. These cause a constant event alert to be displayed, which covers the control elements, making it impossible to operate the NSPP at that moment.
All devices are already paired directly with the NSPP, and the iHost has already been turned off.
Some devices are permanently turned off, such as the heat pumps, the servo valve, and one gate.
Adding the Matter bridge caused the device to restart. The settings were preserved.

Currently, BTHome device support includes: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices that comply with the BTHome v2 protocol, such as some off-the-shelf devices: temperature and humidity sensors, door/window sensors, light sensors, presence sensors, wireless buttons; or DIY devices developed according to the BTHome standard protocol.
Alternatively, you can send me the specific brand, model, or link of your device, and I can help confirm whether it is supported.
I have no specific needs at the moment, I was just wondering why nspp doesn’t find anything around, thanks for your availability but I’ll bother you only once I have some needs, thanks.
All zigbee devices are missing. I re-added a temperature sensor via the panel, so the zigbee radio still works, but all other devices have disappeared. I’ve sent feedback.
