NSPanel PRO Beta Version 4.4.6 Feedback

Hi, sorry for the late reply (just came back from a holiday). May I ask if your eWeLink app is the latest version?
If it is, could you please try editing that page again, then submit the NSPanel Pro (Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit ) or app logs (Profile → Feedback & Help → Feedback → Submit) , and send me your NSPanel Pro device ID separately so I can check the specific cause?

Could you record a video of your screen for me? I just tested the screen password option according to your description and it can still be set (so I’m not sure if I missed something).

Sorry for the late reply. Is the issue with Zigbee sub-devices going offline still occurring? You can try power-cycling the NSPanel Pro and wait 3–5 minutes to see if the devices come back online. If they don’t, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit) and send me your device ID separately, and I will look into it as soon as possible.

Could you please describe the specific issue you encountered with the new version? I will help you resolve it as soon as possible.

(To answer this question: It is currently not possible to roll back to a version prior to 4.3.3. Generally, a factory reset will revert the device to its initial version, but version 4.4.0 had a firmware upgrade, so it is recommended to upgrade the device to a version above 4.4.0 for normal use. Normally, the latest version will overwrite the previous one, so you will directly receive the update to the latest version 4.4.6.)

Thank you for providing your device ID. Could you please try restarting the NSPanel Pro and waiting 3–5 minutes? If the device does not come online, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs promptly (Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit). I will check the logs as soon as possible.

Bonjour c’est fait

May I ask, is the device syncing properly now? If it still doesn’t work, could you please tell me the device name or ID, and download the iHost logs for me?
Additionally, regarding the Matter device you mentioned that cannot be moved — that is expected for now, but support will likely be added in a future version.

Matter bridge is currently stable and runs without problems, exactly. The only thing matter bridge can’t share yet is the thermometer SNZB-02D and SNZB-02P. NSPP id: 100265651a mater bridge id: ac68000923 today I will send log files with nspp and iHost.

Hi Milk,

The problem is since the update to 4.4.6 all ZB devices go offline and NSPP offline to. After power cycle it works but only for minutes or max few hours. Then go offline again everything.

Hello, I have days trying to update the NS Panel 120 and I haven’t been able to. It indicates that there is an update ready, I give it ok, it is downloaded but it does not happen from there. It has lasted up to 12hrs and is not updated. What can I do?

The version that the Panel has is 4.1.3 and the installation would be v 4.4.0

The “Screen pinning” option on the page is the screen password setting. I recorded a video—please take a look and see if the final effect is what you wanted.

Hi, could you please record a video showing the current issue? After the download update fails, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs promptly(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit).

Do you have any idea to solve it?

You can submit the NSPanel Pro logs promptly when the issue occurs(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit), and I will check the cause ASAP.

Unfortunately impossible to send log because device is offline.

If it’s a sub-device that is offline, you can still submit logs through the NSPanel Pro. If the NSPanel Pro itself is offline, try switching to a different WiFi network to see if the device comes back online, or use your phone to create a 2.4GHz hotspot for the NSPanel Pro, then check whether the device goes online — this helps rule out router issues.

Hi, have you received my PM?

Firmware version 4.5.0 has just been released !

That’s great, I just didn’t find out whether NSPP has local settings and operations available to the user to what extent.
