Can't remove synced matter widgets from Devices screen

Hello. I’ve resynced my Hue bridge to the NSPanel via matter, but I can’t remove the light widgets from the “devices” screen so I can add them to a new screen for my lights. I’m sure I was able to move them previously.

Under the current logic, removing a synced Matter device from the split-screen layout would delete that Matter device entirely. Therefore, such devices are by default added to the device split-screen layout and cannot be removed. Thank you for your feedback—we are considering redesigning the split-screen configuration for this type of device in future versions.

OK, thank you. It would be nice if I could either remove them from the devices screen, or be able to add them to another screen without removing them from devices. I was sure that at some point I was able to add my lights to another screen.

Please enable the ability to move Matter devices to split screens as soon as possible.

I only bought the nspanel pro 120 because of its Matter integration with my Hue bridges, and I never dreamed that such a basic function would not be available.

Do you want to delete Matter devices from NSPanel Pro screens, or do you want to add Matter devices to NSPanel Pro screens?

When you add Matter devices to NSPanel Pro, they will be automatically added to NSPanel Pro’s device screen. The issue we talked here is that you can’t remove them from the screen. But you can always add them to other screen.

You want to add Hue bridge and its Zigbee devices to NSPanel Pro so you could control them on NSPanel Pro’s screen, right?

Please let me know if you encounter any issue.

The ability to remove them from the devices screen would be nice, so they don’t appear on two screens, but I can’t add them to any other screen, they don’t appear under “add widgets”. I thought I may have to remove them from “devices” in order for them to appear in the “add widgets” list. I’m sure I was able to do this previously.

That’s not an issue or a problem.

My problem is that all devices have been automatically assigned to split screen 1, which is a mistake in itself, as this is not a device overview.

And since all devices are assigned to split screen 1, they can no longer be removed, so I can’t assign them to any other split screen :frowning:

also @JackDaniel . Got it. I’ll check it with my colleague on Monday.

Hello, is there any update on this?

Hi, We have already included this feature in the new roadmap, but the specific release version has not yet been finalized. We will promptly update you once it is confirmed.

Hello. I meant the ability to add the widgets to other screens (without removing them from the devices screen), as mentioned here:

I’m still unable to do this, but I’m sure I was able to do it previously.

Thanks and happy new year!

I think I managed to solve this by resyncing my hue bridge via matter then immediately going to the NS Panel screens section of the app, where the lights were able to be added to another page.
