Swv disconnects from nspanel pro and cannot update

I bought me smarter water valve swv and it disconnects all the time from nspanel pro. It is not possible to update to the last firmware 1.0.3

NSpanel pro 3.3.0

How is the signal issue?
Because the disconnection behavior comes from the fact that the signal is experiencing interference, I believe.
Are there other devices that have similar behavior?

There might be a signal issue as @Unnamedi kindly mentioned.

Do you mind getting the valve close to NSP Pro to test again, if the issue disappears, you might nee to add a router between them, like ZBMicro, or any other Zigbee plugs, lights, or even SONOFF 06P sensors.

If the issue persists even in a short distance please contact support.

Even with the valve close to the panel i cannot update.
I have other zigbee sensors paired to the panel without problems
