I bought me smarter water valve swv and it disconnects all the time from nspanel pro. It is not possible to update to the last firmware 1.0.3

How is the signal issue?
Because the disconnection behavior comes from the fact that the signal is experiencing interference, I believe.
Are there other devices that have similar behavior?

There might be a signal issue as @Unnamedi kindly mentioned.
Do you mind getting the valve close to NSP Pro to test again, if the issue disappears, you might nee to add a router between them, like ZBMicro, or any other Zigbee plugs, lights, or even SONOFF 06P sensors.
If the issue persists even in a short distance please contact support.

I have an similar issue, with my SWV, where it disconnects when a vehicle parks in-between the value and the NS Pro. Its easy to say dont park there, but if it’s on via a schedule, a car parks for 10 min, and during that time it was scheduled to stop, it then fails to stop. If I am not home, then we loose thousands of litres. It needs a Auto Stop on loss of connection. Surely there is some way.
is it possible to a router device in-between like a ZBMicro? Or a IKEA Zigbee plug?
