recently I bought NS Panel Pro and I tried to connect it to zigbee TRV valves, but it apparantly appeared not to be possible. Am I doing sth wrong ? Is there any other hardware I am missing to make such pairing?
I connected five Sonoff TRVZBs to NSPanel Pro without any complications. You do not need any intermediate device. What steps do you take when pairing?

It appears however that both cannot establish a connection between each other.
These are not the Sonoff devices you bought. What did you expect? Pairing would perhaps work, but controlling them with eWeLink is something else.
I am sad to say “welcome to the club” of all of us who, just like you, read “works with almost everything” and took it as a fact…
