Hello all,
My zigbee devices loose their connection to nspanel pro time to time (2 or 3 times a day). They appears as they are offline, and cannot reach it. My nspanel pro version is 4.1.5, and it says it is the newest version. What can I do?
Hello all,

I apologize for this issue. We have made optimizations in the latest version. You can send me your device ID separately, and I will deploy a new version for your device.
To be honest - get Zigbee Bridge Pro. I use both and ZBBP is far more stable than NSPP.

I have one, but if I connect through that, nspanel cannot read their values. Or can it?
To upgrade your current version to 4.3.2, you first need to upgrade to 4.3.0 (I have already deployed version 4.3.0 for your device. You can refresh and check for the new version to upgrade). Once the upgrade is complete, I will direct version 4.3.2 to your device. Thank you for your understanding.
At the moment my nspp updated to 4.3.0, a that is the newest version what found.
Use temp sensors, one motion sensor, TVRZBs and you can control them via NSPP even if connected via bridge.
what does tvrzb stand for?
During the night my nspp updated automatically to v4.3.2. Was that you @Milk ?
I have directed version 4.3.2 to your device. If you have automatic downloads enabled, the device will proactively download the latest version. After the download is complete, you need to manually click “Install” to upgrade to version 4.3.2.
@Milk Hi, I’ve bought 3x SNZB-02DR2, I’ve connected to the same nspanel. It says there is a firmware update for them, but I cannot update them. Could you help me?
I apologize for this issue. We have already addressed the problem. I just checked, and your device is still on version 4.1.5. You need to upgrade to version 4.2.0 or above (the device is only supported on NSPanel Pro 4.2.0 and later). You can now refresh to obtain version 4.3.0. After the upgrade, please delete the 02DR2 and re-add it. This should resolve the issue. If you have any further problems, feel free to contact me at any time.
@Milk thanks, the update is being downloaded onto 02DR2, but it is very slow. But it seems working. Don’t you need a tester for eWeLink to test these things? ![]()
Hi again! It seems, the problem also exist every evening / night, I think when China is in the morning, but when here turns to morning, everything becomes good. Are you still working on my device?
No, are you still unable to upgrade the 02DR2?
Or is the connection to the child device unstable? If the issue is concentrated during a specific time period, you can check if your home network was congested at that time.
I was able to upgrade it. The problem is with the connected zigbee devices. They broke their connection to nspanel pro every evening/night and the are not reachable (seems offline). I think my home network is not congested every night. Shall I use another zigbee bridge instead of nspanel pro?
I apologize for this issue. You can promptly submit the logs, and I can help determine from the logs whether it might be related to a network issue.
