Problems with zigbee sensors connections

weird…

The same happened to me, to be honest only once after upgrading to 4.3.0, all zigbee devices got offline at some point, a couple of reboots didn’t solve immediatly the issue, only after almost one hour from the last reboot all devices came back online

@massimo.baschieri then they will be offline again after a while, believe me.

Az enyém még mindig 4.0.13.

Hi, according to the information you provided earlier, your device is still on version 4.1.3. May I ask if you reset the device and reverted to an older version? In version 4.3.3, we resolved the Zigbee offline issue. If you upgrade to 4.3.3 and still encounter problems, please submit the logs promptly and contact me.

The current full public release version of the NSPanel Pro is 4.1.5. You can go to the settings page to check for updates. Additionally, the latest beta version is 4.3.3. If you’re willing to try it, you can also use the beta application tool to get the latest beta version.

Problem with Zigbee devices still persists.

After a day spend onsite, it looks like solution is to wake up the NSPP. Than devices go back online within few seconds. And in history graphs, there are lost data for few hours.

Have to say that other devices connected via ZBBridge Pro works just fine.

ciao, ho problemi con la zigbee sul mio panel 120 pro versione 4.1.5 non mi fa connettere nessun dispositivo, quando provo a connettere un dispositivo mi dice connessione internet assente, come posso risolvere. grazie

  1. If the device has just started, some background services may still be restarting (at this time, WiFi and Zigbee functions may not be fully initialized). Please try again 3 to 5 minutes after the device restarts.
  2. Please check if the device’s WiFi connection is normal, or try connecting to another mobile hotspot.

If you have already tried the above methods, you can record a video of the issue, then submit the NSPanelPro logs and send me the device ID.

ciao, ho già provato tutto di quello che mi ha descritto ma nulla. ecco l’ID del dispositivo 1002811a0e grazie.

ecco il video

I have checked the logs. This might be a known issue in version 4.1.5. To avoid impacting your usage, you can use the beta tool to obtain the latest version 4.4.0. This issue has been resolved in the latest version.

You can try restarting the device by power-cycling it to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, please submit the NSPanelPro logs promptly.
