NSPanel Pro V4.7.0 feeback

After the update, all devices are unavailable!!!

did you rebooted once after the update? let the system run for 5-10 mins then reboot again.

It’s working now.

I confirm happily that the Basic gen 5 relay (BASIC-1GS) is supported now.

Has the 4.7.0 firmware also been released for the new NSP Pro 2 panel? Mine remained at 4.60, while the older generation 1 got the update.

It may have happened because the background services were restarting or retrieving device data after the update, which usually takes about 3–5 minutes. If you encounter a similar issue again, please let me know.

Hi, the latest version for NSPanel Gen2 is also 4.7.0. You can check for updates by going to Settings → About.

If the update is still not available, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs and send me your device ID.

@Milk i tried searching the update via app, the panel itself, via the webinterface and checked if it is enrolled in the beta version… it says always 4.6.0 is the newest. Here is my device id: 1002b3b2ae and logs submitted.

Hi, I’m sorry about this issue. It occurred because there is currently no beta version available for NSPanel Pro Gen2, but your device had joined the beta program. This is a bug, and we’ll fix it in a future update.

I’ve handled the issue separately for your device. Please try again and check whether you can now update to version 4.7.0.

Yes, i was able to perform the update now. Thanks

@Milk it would be good to be able to start the softwareupdate also via the webinterface… right now there is just a popup telling the user to do it right at the panel or via the app.

thx

Since the local web interface is designed for LAN control, users are usually close to the device, so it may be more convenient to perform the upgrade directly on the device instead of opening a browser.

However, from a user’s perspective, could you share why you would prefer to have the upgrade option available on the local web interface?

@Milk: I don’t agree with your perspective. The LAN control is very useful, especially when you are not present (e.g. via VPN). I would love not to use the app for the administration of the panel. It would be really helpful to be able to change all settings and administer every aspect of the panel via webinterface.

Hello, after update, matter devices connected keep going offline. It was never stable but was still better in previous version

Hi, do your sub-devices frequently go offline after updating to version 4.7.0? If so, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs, and I’ll look into the issue.

I have the NS Panel Pro Gen2 but it has constant zigbee drop offs. I have many Hue light bulbs connected directly via zigbee but the NSP is randomly losing connections, so my lights Appear offline. After rebooting the panel it works but after some time devices are showing offline and can not be controlled.

Hi, could you please confirm whether the device appears offline in the eWeLink app, or whether it shows as offline on the NSPanel Pro screen when you try to control it?

Once the issue occurs, please submit the logs promptly and let me know the approximate time it happened, along with the device ID.

Hi there,

The problem is consistent with FW 4.70.
For example my Philips hue light bulb “hanglamp links” is powered and paired to the NS Panel Pro Gen2 but it is shown offline in de Ewelink app, in Home Assistant and on the NS Panel Pro. See screenshots.

The bulb is 5 meters from the NS Panel so no range issue.

Logs on the NSPanel only show relay triggers.

These issues (become offline) only happen with lights. All other devices stay connected and are online.

Hi, I couldn’t find any submitted logs using this device ID. Please submit both the NSPanel Pro and app logs as soon as possible, and I’ll review them promptly.

By the way, have you ever added the same Matter Bridge to the NSPanel Pro more than once?
