NSPanel Pro V4.7.0 feeback

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I am not home is it possible to submit the logs remotely via the Ewelink app?

Secondly, yes I tried to pair the Home Assistant Matterbridge with Ewelink to expose Home Assistant entities on the NSPanel Pro. But this did not work it was very buggy and many entities went offline.

Since the logs are collected from the device locally, they cannot be submitted remotely at the moment.

No worries, you can submit them whenever it is convenient for you. In the meantime, you can try deleting all Matter Bridges first (to clear any previous residual data), then sync them again.

If the offline issue still occurs after that, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs as soon as possible and send them to me for further investigation.

Hi there,

I all ready removed the matter bridges from Ewelink. So I would expect no traces are left.

I still have many Zigbee light devices directly connected to the NSPanel Pro that are offline.

So will sent the logs when I am home.

Cheers,

Just a quick question how many Zigbee devices does one NSPanel Pro Gen2 support?

And are there specific limitations to certain types of devices? Such as lights, motion sensors, smartplugs, sensors etc?

Hi, we’ll wait for the logs you submit later. If v4.8.0 has already been released by then—it is currently expected on August 10—you can first update to the latest version and then submit the logs.

NSPanel Pro Gen2 can support up to 128 Zigbee sub-devices and is compatible with devices that comply with the Zigbee 3.0 standard. The sensor types you mentioned are already supported.

However, due to the wide variety of brands and device types, some features of third-party devices—especially non-SONOFF devices—may not be fully compatible. Should you encounter any compatibility issues, please provide us with the exact device model, and we will evaluate it and arrange support accordingly.

I have an update regarding the issue with zigbee devices going offline.

I have 47 zigbee devices connected directly to the NS Panel Pro Gen2 hub. All devices where grouped under two rooms “living room” and “bedroom”. Yesterday evening two zigbee lights “portaal smart light” and “zolder smart light” went offline. But after placing them in to two separate newly created rooms “portaal” and “zolder” they became online again?

Unfortunatly I am not at the house to share the logs. But my device id is 1002b3b221

Bottom line, I am confident to say there are still instability issues with the hub in the NS Panel Pro Gen2

@Milk Another finding, sometimes a zigbee device (in my case a smartplug) went offline in the Ewelink app but it appears online in Home Assistant via the Zigbee MQTT integration with Home Assistant.

After using the device via Home Assistant it becomes available again in the Ewelink app.

We’ll need the logs to analyze this further. It’s also possible that the sub-device connection was unstable and then recovered on its own, rather than the issue being resolved by a specific operation.

I would like to ask you a question. With this NSPANELPRO firmware, my four S60ZBTPF worked correctly. I have received an update to the version 2.0.3, But now the voltage and power values do not refresh the data. They freeze. This did not happen before with version 2.0.2. that did not happen.

A cordial greeting and thank you for your attention. Have a happy weekend everyone.

@Milk logs are now provided.

So my main issue, zigbee devices are going offline randomly.

Today these zigbee devices went offline:

Tafel smart light (hue light bulb)

Kantoor smart light (Livarno light bulb)

Spot links smart light (hue GU10 color)

Iris smart light (hue iris gen4)

@Milk I have sent feedback and provided logs for device ID 1002b3b34c that is still stuck on v4.5.1. Gen 2 Nspanel pro. Can you please help get this sorted? Thank you
