You mentioned that the ā€œneverā€ option is not displayed in the advanced settings page, and we are currently investigating the issue (this might be related to the language settings).
If youā€™re willing, I can direct your device to version 4.3.2. After you upgrade to this version, youā€™ll be able to set ā€œneverā€ in the settings page, and this will take effect globally.

Zigbee connection seems to be more stable after the update to 4.3.2. Two of my thermostats on two different NSPanel Pro panels were malfunctioning - looks like after deleting and creating the thermostats again, they started to work again.

I would like to ask why the NSPanel Pro recently started to go into some kind of ā€œsleep modeā€. If I leave them for a while and then touch the screen, the splash screen appears for a couple seconds before Iā€™m taken to the standard environment of the panel. Is that expected behaviour? Doesnā€™t this sleep mode have any effect on the background processes of the panel (like thermostats)?

I have already reported the splash screen as a bug and according to the response it is not supposed to do that.

To upgrade your current device to version 4.3.2, you need to first upgrade to version 4.3.0 (I have already deployed version 4.3.0 for your device. You can refresh and check for the new version to upgrade). After the upgrade is complete, I will direct version 4.3.2 to your device. Thank you for your understanding.
