Hi, you can set up the Home APP via the NSPanelPro dropdown menu → APPS. May I ask if this is how you configured it?

Regarding the APP persistently showing the device as “upgrading,” you can try refreshing the homepage in the APP. If the display still does not match the actual status, please submit feedback in the eWeLink app via Profile > Feedback & Help .
