Tried restarting nspanel pro but it didn’t help. 
By the way, those sensors didn’t work from the beginning after upgrading firmware.
It restarts whenever I want. I wanted it as a replacement for iHost but the miracle is that at least the display is on / off.
For me everything works quite well 
I’m running three NSPannel Pro units, with 40+ Sonoff devices and around 10 third-party Zigbee devices (for example Sunricher Zigbee).
I’ve been using this setup for over a year and never had any issues so far. Also matter bridge with Apple homekit works pretty good, better than raspberry pi5+homebridge+ewelink plugin.
Maybe regarding issues and headache TRZVB a bit annoying, cant update, child lock resets itself afterwhile… 
Secondo me è importante poter cambiare rapidamente la modalità del termostato tramite “scene”.
Ad esempio: Se premo un pulsante (switchman R5), allora termostato è disattivato.
Spero questa funzione sia un giorno implementata
Hi, after restarting the NSPanelPro, could you please try to sync the SNZB-02P again? Also, could you submit the NSPanelPro logs right after the restart (via Screen Pull-down > Settings > About > Submit Logs)?

When will we be able to install or update NS Panel Pro remotely? It is a challenge, if not a pain in the “us” flr remote sites.

How to Apply

Or you can click Check button on the alert and use password smatek@123 to manage the storage. You can safely delete files from /data/data/com.eWeLinkControlPanel/files/ota/.
PS: As a last resort, you can always do a Factory Reset. The cost is a bit high. You will need to do all the configurations again, including re-pairing Zigbee devices.

using an IR sensor device ( i guess zigbee ) to wakeup the screen himself ?

- Using NSPanel Pro’ Open API: https://help.sonoff.tech/docs/NSPanel-Pro-API (The Screen Display Functions have been implemented in
v4.xfirmwares). - Using Home Assistant Dashboard and Automation. This feature will be implemented in
v4.3.0firmware. - Using eWeLink Scenes (The controls of NSPanel Pro’s display as eWeLink scene actions): We don’t have a plan for this yet, but if there is strong demand, we could put it in eWeLink App’s roadmap.

i mean to wake the screen ( simulate “touch screen” ), on API i see only to change setting screen, not wake.
on 4.3.0 i hope have this feature available, at least from zigbee ability ( to control from Home Assistant )
