I’ve done the pairing and unpairing 5 times now and it works.:thinking:
Try holding your phone next to nspanel pro during the adding process.

ok i will test that , but any way all of this based on wifi , and it was fully working before and nothing changed , but i will try anyway

I tried 10 times and it didn’t work.
And now it works normally.

Nspanel pro connection error with ewelink server. This may be the main reason for pairing timeout.

WiZ lights still not working for me aswell, the same issues as before with the latest version, in the Wiz app under integrations you can put the light into pairing mode and when you connect it’s shows up as an option to add to eWeLink, when you start adding it, it fails even if they are close as they can be.

May I ask how many matter platforms have you connected it to?

If a device reached its limit of maximum fabric, the pairing would fail.

At the moment it is apple home and trying to add it to NSPanel

yes at final step , from the other side the bridge it shows somehow ewelink gets connected and lost after , first two steps goes ok and last step takes alot of time then gave error 30003

Using the QR Code, with android and had to point the tablet really close to the device it finally worked with the Wiz light in the latast version, but it this really the criteria for something that works with everything.

First the issue with the distance, now I don’t know how matter should work, but do one have to always be so close to the bulb and matter hub it’s not like that when it comes to my other matter hubs.

Second, I think you need to fix the IOS issues.

Third the QR code seems to be a must for it work or maybe it just work sporadically either way it is not good.

Now let’s see if it keeps it alive in the NSPanel pro because sometimes I think when I sleeps it looses connection or something this happens with the switches.

thats worked for me , many thanks @ociepa.ekotox even I was doubted it wont work , because I did pair with matter plenty of times before normally , but I guess latest updates cause the signal to become weaker , thanks again bro

I have some more observations.
Before adding the matter device to nspanel pro, do the following.

  1. Unplug the device you are adding and npanel pro from the power supply.

  2. After a minute, plug the devices back in.

  3. Perform the pairing process.

    Let’s hope Word finds all the errors and they will be fixed quickly. :thinking:

sadly my unit is connected with electric direct so not easy to stop power

I’m waiting for a stable product to mount nspanel pro in the wall. But I don’t think it will happen for a long time :frowning:

still can be a control panel for home if you mount it , I got feeling some updates on the way but no one sharing any news or update progress
