I would also like to try v4 is it possible to add it to the whitelist? DeviceID 10023763ae and 1002654d07 the first one is the square one and the 2nd one is the nspanel120b . both are curently on V3.12.0

Hi, Iā€™m having issues with display not going to sleep when Home Assistant is open.

I have set ā€˜Automatic screen lockā€™ to 15sec in NSP settings and ā€˜Keep screen onā€™ to OFF in HA companion app settings. Am I missing something?

I run App 4.1 and OS 4.0.12

Yes, we have also noticed this issue and have added it to our roadmap. It is scheduled to be fixed in version 4.2.0 (December 8).

Hi, the Auto-Lock feature in NSPanelPro App only works in NSPanelPro App itself. It wonā€™t work if other app is in the frontend, which means NSPanelPro App is in the backend, so NSPanelPro App canā€™t control the screen.

Weā€™ll provide System-level screensaver in v4.2.0 firmware which should operate in the way you expect.

Looks like heā€™s going to have to put HA everywhere. Iā€™m not happy with you doing everything at once but nothing finished. You have great products but the controls are clunky.
