NS Panel Pro Thermostat problems

Don’t worry, we are working on it. Many of you have told us that Thermostat is the key feature, and we are into it.

Would you please provide following information so we could better understand your usage scenario and issues:

  1. Please submit a log on the NSPanel Pro device through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> About -> Feedback -> Submit . The best timing is right after you notice the malfunction. And tell me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro device through private message.

  2. Why would you need 5 NSPanel Pro to substitute 5 thermostats? I thought 1 termostat device is enough for the whole house. I understand you may need 5 temperature sensors.

  3. What kind of heating device are you using? You can turn it on and off in each room?
