i found issue on my device S40TPB is auto trig off , i just bought it 9-Feb and pair it with my acc it ok before this i use model S31TPB(US).
this device i use it for control Fan and monitor power usage .
untill 1-Mar i found the time frist error my fan is off.
i see S40TPB is off i not sure what happpen device trig auto and i turn-on device from buttun.
OK, I’ll keep using it later, after about 1+ hr it happened again.
this time i control it and turn-on again from app and see log dont show any error.
And then it happened like this 2-3 more times , i remove plug out from S40TPB .
and see if no any load will found issue or not and i found it again.
next day i back to see iit now status device is offline, and i cant pair it now.
who have guide anything for this how i can check it?
Not sure what’s happened exactly, but have you check is there any scene/automation you created may cause this? Or you have share it to other family members? Or does it blackout in your area and then the power-on state turn it off as you expected?
