Bonjour, un nouveau firmware vient de sortir et avec lui la possibilité de mettre en veille le nspanel pro lorsque home assistant est lancé par défaut. Comment règle t’on cela ? Car le mien ne se met pas en veille

If you encounter any issue, please let me know.
Today I will be critical. The icons are really nice, but controlling the M5 switches through the icons on the desktop is very inconvenient. In the old version I could press anywhere and it would turn on. Now I have to press the icon exactly to turn on the light, if I don’t press it, a table like in the picture appears. This is very inconvenient.
Praise, the device no longer resets when Matter Bridge on iHost goes crazy.
The design of the buttons on the main screen should be smaller for the nspp pro 120. They take up a lot of unnecessary space. And the icon itself in the button is small.
The ability to choose a custom ringtone.
Optimize rendering of inline backgrounds. I uploaded a 2K background via ewelink and the background lags when I change tabs.
The notification is not correct when I walk down the hallway, it says that the person is not present. I have a motion sensor in the hallway. In the previous version it did this, if you fixed it, then it’s fine.
If the object is disturbed while the alarm is on, let the NSPP start howling. Not everyone has a siren at home, and what’s the point of an alarm that can’t warn that the object is disturbed?
Let a loud alarm go on when there is a water leak, fire, gas leak, etc. Notifications on my phone are useless when you are sleeping or don’t have your phone with you.
Medical alarm to call for help.
When an alarm is triggered, the phone should start ringing properly. The customer should know immediately that something has happened, not just when they accidentally notice it…
At that moment, did you notice whether the device was detecting the presence or absence of a person? Were the notifications consistent with the actual status?
To address this issue, version 4.3.0 has introduced a custom ringtone feature . You can now upload different ringtones for various types of alerts (such as alarms, scenes, security alerts, etc.). Feel free to explore this new functionality in the latest version, and we warmly welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have regarding the new features!
I walk around when the sensor is active and it doesn’t show anything.
Excellent and I suggested new features above.
Have you disabled device notifications? On the device details page, click the notification icon on the right to choose whether NSPanelPro should alert you when the status changes. If you’re not receiving notifications in the eWeLink app, you can also check the Zigbee device settings page to see if "push notifications " is enabled.
Hi everyone, I am using the Matter Bridge feature on my NSPanel Pro 120 to sync my non-Matter Sonoff devices with Apple HomeKit.
While most of my devices are working perfectly through the bridge, I am encountering a specific issue with the Sonoff DUALR3. Whenever I try to operate it via HomeKit, I receive the error shown in the attached photo.
I have already submitted the daily logs and feedback regarding this issue through the app.
Since my other Sonoff devices work fine, this seems to be a specific compatibility bug between the DUALR3 and the NSPanel Pro Matter Bridge. Can the technical team please investigate this?
v4.3.0 firmware.
Sorry for the issue and thank you for submitting the log. We are checking the log right now.
Thank you for providing the logs. This indeed indicates an issue, and we will work on fixing it as soon as possible. I will keep you updated promptly once it is resolved.
Mine have updated. With one of them, I still have the issue of it going offline to Z2M. When I attempt to rebind, it says no internet, even though it is connected. Any ideas? If I power down, and power back, I can rebind but it goes offline after a little while.
I’m sorry for the issue you encountered. We have identified the cause of the problem. You can send your device ID to me separately, and I will deploy the new version with the fix for your device.
This firmware update introduced a very annoying bug for me. I have 9 TRVZB paired with NSPanelPro 120. They stop responding after a few hours. If I restart the NSPanel they reconnect and
operate normaly for a few more hours…
We are about to release a fix in version 4.3.2. Please send your Device ID to me separately, and I will deploy the new version for your device.
@wrcaston @serkandemir1989 Hi, a dedicated version 4.3.2 has been deployed for your device. You can now proceed with the upgrade. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact me.
I was informed that version 4.3.2 was released specifically to address the issues with my device. However, after updating to this version, the NSPanel Pro still crashes whenever I try to operate the DUALR3. The update did not resolve the stability problem as expected.
Zigbee at unit not working well, cant be discovered as router and failed as hub upon start adding, check it please
It’s normal when after a while I click on the nspp pro 120 screen and see the RUBIK and Sonoff animation there?
I’m sorry to bother you, but have you already submitted the logs for your NSPanel Pro? If not, please submit them promptly after the issue occurs, and I will work to locate the problem as quickly as possible.
