Firmware 4.3.0

I apologize for the issue. I’ll check the logs first and will promptly update you if I need more information or make any progress.

I apologize for my mistake. We are currently investigating your issue, and it has not been fixed in version 4.3.2, but we expect it to be resolved soon. In the meantime, when the NSPanel Pro shows a crash prompt, you can dismiss it—this should not affect other operations.

I sincerely apologize for the incorrect response and will update you as soon as the issue is resolved.

I sent this today at 8:4 and device id is 100265651a

I apologize for the delayed response. After the mode switch, it takes some time for the Zigbee service to start up. According to the log information, the service had not fully started when you performed the operation, which caused the addition/binding to fail. May I ask if it is working normally for you now?

yes its working now because i requested latest 4.3.2 and its running good so far

Hello, I restored the panel to factory settings and now I have version 2.2. Unfortunately, the panel does not want to raise this version higher. I have ADB Developer mode enabled. Is there any chance to solve this problem?

You can apply to get the latest version through the beta tool:
https://panel.sonoff.tech/nspanel-pro/beta-test/#/login

Thank you,
I was just there and wanted to get rid of version 4.3, which isn’t the best. I thought I could somehow go back to version 4.2.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to your normal use. Based on user feedback, we released version 4.3.2 last week (currently available to a limited group of users). If you’re willing, you can first upgrade to version 4.3.0, and then I will direct version 4.3.2 specifically to your device.

Okay, I’ll try that. My device is 100213a2aa

The operation has been completed. You can go to the settings page, refresh, and try to obtain the latest version. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact me.

Hi.

I have updated NSPanelPRO to 4.3.0 but now each time I connect the SNZB-02WD temperature zigbee sensor it gives one temperature to Ewelink and then it never updates. Now the display of sensor is 4.1 °C but in Ewelink is 10.8 °C. I have tried to remove battery of thermometer, after reconnecting it makes a single update and then stops working.

Yesterday all my other thermometers (not SNZB-02WD) stopped working for about 2 hours after I reconnected SNZB-02WD but I don’t know if the 2 sympthoms are connected.

Is there a solution to use the SNZB-02WD with NSPanel PRO?

my device is 100243bd3d and I have sent a feedback if needed.

It’s like a bad joke. The eWelink application says that the matter bridge is online and the eWlink website says that it is offline. Absolutely nothing in the house that has anything to do with the matter gateway works anymore.

The blue text at the top of the screen says it’s in LAN mode, not online. This means eWeLink App can discover the device (iHost?) in your LAN, but the Matter Hub (NSPanel Pro?) can’t.

Did you add iHost to NSPanel Pro through iHost’s Matter Bridge function? Did you also add iHost to NSPanel Pro’s device screen through eWeLink App -> NSPanel Pro -> Screens -> Edit Screen -> Add Widgets

No, I didn’t do anything like that. I’m going to try it out. I have the beta version in nspp, so I take it with a sense of humor.

I tried the procedure above, but even the eWelink app on my phone no longer worked. My attempt to run Matter on the iHost is completely frustrated. Let’s focus on NSPP and other devices that we use more often

in short , there is no one solid matter hub for ewelink , the only hub works well and i didnt like is to install ewelink cast at tablet and enable matter hub (beta)

I apologize for this issue. This problem will be resolved in version 4.3.3 (scheduled for release today). After you receive the new version, please update it promptly and observe whether the issue is resolved. If it remains unresolved, please contact me in a timely manner.
