Could you please also submit a ticket from the app, so we can further look into this issue.

For the past ten days, I have had a joyful and cultured exchange of information with Sonoff. As a response to my Support ticket placed, I received some assurances and instructions, but nothing more came of it. The firmware update has disappeared as if it had never been available. To this day, it has not returned. This doesn’t particularly worry me, as my ZBMINIR2 works fine. Nevertheless, there was some purpose of producing a newer version after all. Maybe I’ll find out what happens next, as I’ve been waiting since Friday for the next portion of so-called technical support

Are Sonoff guys aware of this? Do you know about any steps to correct the problem? I’m asking because after the initial reaction to the ticket placed there is silence, and it doesn’t sound good. Not good at all.
They should be aware of this since you’ve placed a ticket. What’s the last response from them?
The latest is Please try upgrading again once the new version becomes available in the App. The point is it is not becoming anything ![]()

Sorry for the delay. The new firmware is still being deployed and may take one to two weeks to be fully released. Thank you for your patience.

The update is that time passes and nothing happens. With this attitude nothing like almost perfect Pekin Daxing airport would ever happen in your country. I can only guess that the breathtakingly precise baggage circulation system does not use any Sonoff hardware ![]()

When will the OTA update (1.0.2) for ZBMINIR2 appear in ihost?
I’ve checked several times.
I can’t find the new version.
Let me quick-check with the team, I just realized I am using a debug version.
