Updating zigbee devices - Problem

When zigbee devices (ZBMiniL-2, SNZB-01P, SNZB-02P) are connected via NSPanel Pro, firmware updates are not available.

However, when I connect them via ZBBridge Pro, I have available firmware updates.

I note that I have no notifications about the availability of the new firmware through the eWeLink web

Updating frimwer SNZB-01P and SNZB-02P passed without any problems. I note that it lasts quite a long time. However, it’s been about an hour now, and I can’t finish updating the ZBMiniL-2 firmware.
