What brand is my smart plug?

Hello, I have a smart plug with no name on it. When I changed the Wi-Fi SSID, the smart plug changed to offline.
The smart plug is powered with a blinking green LED, but is offline and no controls.

How to fix please?

I don’t know what manufacturer the socket is from, but in general, it must be reset to factory settings. You are using an app to control the outlet. Hold the button on the drawer for more than 5 seconds. The outlet creates its own network to which you connect and make settings.

You must reset it anyway once you change Wi-Fi credentials/names. After that, you will find out if it is an eWeLink-supported device.

Some will have a set Wi-Fi named ITEAD-XXXXX, which indicates it’s an eWeLink-supported device. Newer models can be seen via Quick Add through Bluetooth in the app.

The WL-SC01 shows a slow blinking green light.
I hold the button for 20 seconds, but nothing changes.
I use the eWeLink app to add a device manually, the app connects to the home Wi-Fi, the app then finds no devices?

Please see this thread/topic. Once your problem was discussed on this forum. Why do you start it again? Buy a plug-in that is 100% compatible with eWeLink and don’t waste your/our time.

thx for the catch
