I purchased the 4 pack SONOFF S40 WiFi Smart Plug with Energy Monitoring, 15A Smart Outlet Socket. They work great with the eWeLink app.
I need to find out what other brands of smart plugs work with the EWeLink app. I want to find a two outlet smart plug, but Sonoff doesn’t have any available.

It’s hard to say… directly through the ewelink software, it’s probably just something based on zigbee… Or other eco systems that you connect to ewelink.
