Vibration sensor (TS0210)

I bought a vibration sensor from Tuya (TS0210). But it does not work in Ihost. The sensor connected to iHost quickly and successfully, but does not transmit any information. does not transmit either vibration data or battery data. If click - update firmware, it says - You are using the latest firmware version
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have confirmed that iHost does support this device. Could you please submit the system logs from iHost, including the iHost ID and version number? We need this information for our development team to investigate the specific issue.

I have sent the system logs from iHost to DM

I apologize for the delay in response. Our engineers have informed me that currently, the vibration functionality of this sensor is not supported, but we will follow up on this compatibility in future updates.

Regarding the battery information, the device only reports a low battery detection field, so it is not possible to obtain the specific battery level.
{“vibration”:true,“tamper”:false, “battery_low”:false," rssi":-47,“linkquality”:212}
“battery_low”:false
This information is reported once every 24 hours. You can let the device run for 24 hours and check if there is any battery information available. If it still shows as UNKNOWN, please submit the logs to us again.

Thank you for your understanding!

This sensor has been connected for over a month and it has never shown battery information.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we need you to submit another log. This time, please ensure that the log is collected for more than 24 hours so we can confirm the relevant information.

In the log you uploaded, we noticed that the device was re-added on 2025-05-08T10:46:21.775Z, but the last log entry was at 2025-05-09T07:47:40.655Z. Since there was not a 24-hour interval between these entries, we cannot rule out whether battery-related information was reported during that time.

Thank you for your cooperation!

I experimented and deleted and added the device again. It has never transmitted any data other than network quality. So you see that the device was re-added

When do you plan to release the update?
