Turning monitors off when not present

Hi all,
I have a question about setting up a scene (or probably multiple scenes).
In my home-office I have connected my 2 monitors and desklight to a Sonoff MINI (could have been a Basic, but I happened to have a Mini lying around).
Furthermore I am using a Sonoff SNZB-03 which rests on my desktop.

Now, what I would like to set up:
*If no motion detected for let’s say 5 or 10 minutes then switch OFF the MINI (i.e. the monitors)
*If motion IS detected during this delay then overrule the ‘no motion detected’ action and leave everthing as is.

I cannot get this to work. The 'switch everything off is easy ofcourse, but the ‘let everything as is’ when motion detected is too hard )

Any ideas as how to proceed?

Kind regards,
Jeroen

Weeellllll, not with your SNZB-03. I have a similar arrangement.

I use a Echo Dot 4th gen and enable Person Detection. Then using Person Detection and two routines. I “sense” people and turn on the monitors and two TVs. And another routine that detects no one around and turns them off. If I sit idle for a while, then move, the “On” routine starts again as the Dot notices my movement. You can add a couple of Announcements at low volume so you know the trigger was tripped. I use Sonoff RFR2, so, I an also override all with a button from a 433 MHz remote.

And the 4th and 5th gen Dot will like be on sale for Black Friday.
