I using the temperature sensor (TH Elite) with advance account. My problem is the eWeLink web not update real time data. But if I open the eWeLink app my web will work perfectly. It looks like the API has sleep when the app is close. And it will come back when the app is open. this problem also have when I call the API. I want to know how to fix that. How to get the backend always wake up
