In-App data missing

When data like temperature or humidity is not displayed in eWeLink app, please try to fix it by following the guide below.

  1. Power off the device.

  2. Unplug the sensor and plug it into the device again.

  3. Power on the device and check if missing data appear.

It may take a while to refresh the interface. If it still fails to display the data, please contact the seller for help.
