TH316 will not reconnect to Mikrotik Wifi

I just installed a bunch of THR316 at various locations that use Mikrotik WiFi equipment.

Installation/configuration went fine.

But, when the equipment reboots, the THR316 will not reconnect.

I have tried limiting the wifi to 20mhz channels, WPA2, 802.11n, etc.

Is there any way to get the THR316 to work in a Mikrotik wifiwave2 environment?
