TH10 & THR316

Is there any way to pair or configure a new (out of the box) TH10 or THR316 without being physically present to connect via bluetooth?

I am hoping (imagining) that these devices will power-on with a web server enabled that I can configure a local device to connect to and then configure it to connect to the local wifi and continue with the configuration remotely.

Possible?

I doubt whether you will find such a solution.

The only thing that comes to mind is a remote device that will be close to Sonoff and connect via Bluetooth.
