S26R2ZB - Not following the ON/OFF schedules on iHost

Hi,

I sent the fedback (ID211738) two weeks ago, but didn’t receive any answer yet.

I’m noticing the S26R2ZB not following the ON/OFF schedules sometimes (not always, which is strange)

It’s connected to iHost

@SuiKa Please take a look at this case

What kind of ON/OFF schedules?
Smart scene? Startup setting?

Device SmartPlug Snonoff S26R2ZB
Schedule:

  • ON: 5.15am (everyday)
  • OFF: 6.45am (everyday)

Device: SmartPlug Sonoff S26R2ZB
Schedule:

  • OFF: 2am (everyday)
  • ON: 7.16am (everyday)

But they are not following the schedules.

Please see the feedback ID211738 (1st of July)

Please try delete the schedule and set it again.

I did this before, but after some weeks, it stops to follow the schedule again…
I’ll try once again…

But try to reproduce doing this:

  1. Everything is powered on (your router and iHost);
  2. Reboot your router;
  3. Your iHost will enter in loop trying to connect on ntp servers (bug reported HERE)
  4. To fix the problem due to the step 3 above, you need to REBOOT the iHost
  5. Then it seems the schedule will not work anymore;

We still failed to reproduce the problem.
Can you keep an eye on the schedule and let us know if anything happens?

On saturday, all 3 smart plugs didn’t follow the schedule;
On sunday, all 3 smart plugs folllowed the schedule;
On monday (today), all 3 smart plugs didn’t follow the schedule;

Please try to specify the time and send the system log again.

Sent by email.
Please see the ticket ID211738

Thanks for your information!
We’ve confirm that’s a bug.
We’ll fix it in about two weeks later.
