Are you using iHost Cast in Sonoff NSPanel Pro?
I’m using the link Web Shortcut with the LAN Autodiscover as instructed here, that found my iHost:
Got it.
We’ll send it to NS Panel Pro team.
Thanks.
This another one is just a cosmetic issue, where iHost is showing NSPanel as a different product:
Got it.
We’ll check it for you.
Just to share that I finally started to find some OTA updates on 2.4.1
It’s a bit slow, but it’s working!
A post was split to a new topic: [eWeLink Cube] Add CAST Chart for Air Quality Sensors
A post was split to a new topic: [eWeLink CUBE] Optimize Offline Device Cards on CAST Dashboards

Yes.
We’re working on it now.
And will support it soon.
Thanks for the suggestion.
We’ll verify the effect of add the red color.
If it’s working, then it’ll merge into version soon.
Open the control page you should see a fresh button for the pic.
See if refresh it corrects the pic?
I also found out very strange issue, that device status is updating, but I can’t control the TRVZB it shows next message and I’m getting 500 error with message: “device response timeout”
But at the same time, if I’ll change mode manually touching the button, status will be updated.
In settings RSSI is in a Good state (-73 dBm)
Some certain period of OTA we’ll stop process any command from the iHost to the device.
So some control failure are expected.
Keep the OTA going, if after the OTA the problem persist, let us know.
App team checked the log.
Confirm that the offline was caused by network flipping.
Seems like all your device became offline.
Hi, what do you mean by “network flipping”?
They always become offline one after another, but never all on the same time.
For NSPanel Pro on repeating mode, that refresh button is not available.
Restarting iHost didn’t refresh the picture.
I guess I found the reason…
When my router has the VPN on, all 5 devices (Sonoff light switches TX) starts to become OFFLINE and ONLINE in sequence.
No other device have this behavior.
Nest Thermostats are working fine when the VPN is on.
Ring Intercom is working fine when the VPN is on.
Could you please ask your app team why they need a direct connection to these devices?
Using a VPN connection for the smart device should be fine, and it would be better for user privacy.
