👨‍💻‍【Release Note】eWeLink CUBE Version History

My ihost does not display zigbee maps.

My logs were received by @ward

Any system logs?
We did received one user with the exact problem but fail to get any system log.
Please send it via feedback or message.
We’ll check it ASAP.

Log recevied.
Just a few more questions:
Is the zigbee map shows blank and nothing on it?
Any pic to show the situation?

yes the map is empty it displays nothing. After pressing refresh nothing is displayed either.

The map disappeared after updating to version 2.3.0 and a power outage throughout the house.

So far system is working OK and it is 12 hours since I did iHost reset last time.

As mentioned earlier… yesterday it was OK before midnight… then problem appeared after midnight (date change)

I will keep my eye on it today and will check it close before midnight and after.

Problem is not date related…

It just happened midday

the problem with displaying the zigbee map is observed if ihost is connected via wifi. If ihost is connected via lan, the map appears. Check why starting with update 2.3.0 the zigbee map disappears if ihost is connected via wifi.

I confirm. Update 2.3.2 did not fix the problem. ihost does not see the memory card again. You need to constantly reboot ihost for the memory card to work again.

I have connected host via ethernet cable and zigbee map is not displayed.

I suspect that some zigbee device generates some error after the update. That’s why the map is not displayed. I have to try to pair 30 zigbee devices again. :frowning:

As for WiFi connection, it is definitely not possible to restore backup if ihost connects via WiFi.

The backup can only be restored when connected via Ethernet cable.

after connecting the cable to lan did you reboot ihost? Rebooting ihost helps me, after which I update the map by pressing the map update button and everything works.

After connecting the cable, did you disable the Wi-Fi module in the ihost settings?

ihost is always connected by cable. WiFi module is always off.

Hi,

The third switch has no function. It doesn’t respond either (not in iHost or in the Alexa app). The other switches work normally via iHost, but the functions (switch on/off) are not transferred to Alexa via Matter. They were working perfectly before the update to 2.3.0/2.3.2. The devices are Zigbee one-way light switches with an integrated 16A socket and Zigbee two-way light switches.

Thank you for your support!

Spoke too soon!
1500 our time and its the same. Also cannot access the Node-red web UI, although it is running. Routines in Node-red are running and if I connect to Filebrowser on web UI I can see context data that is being written.
Look at the CPU indicator!

1700 and Node-red no longer running :man_shrugging: so no automations there, and no virtual devices.
Mosquitto, eWelink Cube, Tasmota2Cube and Filebrowser are running.

2.3.3 is here… with promise to solve this problem
