👨‍💻‍【Release Note】eWeLink CUBE V2.9.0 on iHost Update

Your bridge is at least partially working in my house, but in other houses it is not working at all, and no one is really interested in solving it.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! We have received your ticket (No. 268746) and will arrange for our technical team to follow up. We will notify you as soon as there is any progress. Thank you for your patience and support!

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. To better understand the issue you encountered in the other house where the bridge “does not work at all,” could you please describe the specific behavior? For example, are you unable to connect the device at all, or can you connect but not control it?

If convenient, please submit feedback through the iHost local web page and upload the relevant logs. Once we receive them, we will analyze the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!

I can’t say that your efforts are in vain, but the problem persists. The situation is that they wanted a smart home but unstable internet.

They bought iHost and wanted NSPP as a control terminal. It worked perfectly until version 4.x.x arrived.

iHost creates a bridge but in the ewelink application and in NSPP all devices are unavailable.

I also sent log files with iHost, NSPP and eWelink. This one has been reported missing since November and I already have very nervous customers.

It’s the end of the month and no update for CubeOS 2.10.0.

Thank you for your interest! We have officially released the latest version of iHost, V2.10.0, today. We welcome you to upgrade and experience it. Thank you for your understanding and support!
