Hello, is the issue only that you cannot view the camera feed via Cast right now? Could you please go to the settings page of iHost, download the latest logs, and send them to us? You can either send them here or submit them to the backend through the feedback function. This will help our staff better identify and troubleshoot the problem.
Hello, let’s first confirm the issue you’re encountering: After adding Zigbee devices directly via iHost, are you unable to control these added Zigbee devices locally on iHost? Are most of the devices you can’t control TRV thermostatic valves and other sensors? Did you encounter a similar issue with the 2.8.0 version?
You can download the logs on the settings page and send them to the backend through the issue feedback function, or send the logs directly here. This will help our staff better troubleshoot the problem.

Okay, I will communicate with you there.
I’m leaving you what you asked for.
I sent you an image and records so you can assess the problem
I have the same problem and the wifi disconnects after automatic backup and remains connected.
Did you submit the log attachment via the issue feedback function of iHost? If yes, could you please let us know the ticket number?
Thank you for this feedback. The logs have been received, and the technical team has taken note of this issue. After identifying the root cause, it will be scheduled for fixing in a subsequent bug repair update.

Thank you for your feedback. I will continue to follow up on the issue with you via the ticket.
I had the same and all TRVZBs battery conditions were showing as %Unknown, couldn’t switch them between AUTO-MANUAL-OFF. This was straight after the update. I did a iHost re-boot which cleared the issue.
I’ve noticed that since the update to ver 2.8.0/ 2.8.1 new Node-Red virtual switches created after the update show in the matter devices screen as being unsupported. This does not effect Node Red virtual switches created before the update. This has been reported via iHost feedback with ticket number 258408
We’ve checked your log, it have already been overwritten.
Please restart your iHost, and once it has fully rebooted, download the logs immediately and upload them to the issue ticket. We’ll identify the problem as quickly as possible.
Who does this apply to?
Any update on this ticket 258366. I’ve tried a number of reboots but the issue has persisted.
I use Cube os on a virtual machine and I have a problem with the WiFi connection. When I try to set up the WiFi network, the Cube Bridge does not start, the IP address error occurs. When I connect the PC with a cable, it works, but a large part of the device is still not displayed in the application. It is difficult for me to use the potential of Cube os if I have to replace more than half of the load with others.
Our technical team has identified some issues during the configuration phase through the logs. They are now trying to find the root cause of the problem, which may take some time. Thank you for your understanding.
