Every Sunday afternoon, he throws away the remote controls R5, only on Sunday afternoon, but it’s been 3 weeks, ihost restart and everything works again, why is this?

Please rest assured that support for these devices and their advanced features (such as precise percentage control for roller shutters) is absolutely on our roadmap. In fact, they are already supported in the eWeLink app, so it’s only a matter of time before they’re fully integrated into CUBE OS as well.
Right now, our development team has had to focus the next release on critical bug fixes to ensure stability for all users. Because of this, we expect more advanced device integrations like yours to be prioritized in releases after November. Since this update, after automatic backup (the backup runs on the set day/time), several remote controllers R5 do not control anything, they can only be used again after restarting ihost, I have already written 5-6 tickets but nothing so far. I turned off automatic backup and lo and behold, everything works as it should. When will this error be fixed, it is likely that the Bluetooth part is at fault, because I do not see it starting in the log file.

In the next version, we will primarily support the following devices: SNZB-02DR2, MINI-ZBDIM, MINI-ZB2GS, SNZB-01M, and Tuya Fingerbot. Additionally, we will add support for synchronizing Mini-RBS in the eWeLink Smart Home Add-on. We will also optimize the related functions for TRV.

I found out and sent a report about it, that it always doesn't detect R5 remotes after a Backup, whether it's a Manual or Automatic backup, everything only works fine after a restart.
Could you please submit a log? I will have our development team address this issue.

What kind of log file should I use for everything or just a specific one? I've already sent reports several times, including log files.
