Philips Hue Motion Sensor and NSpanel Pro

Hello, I’ve bought NSpanel Pro newly. I added all of my zigbee and wifi Sonoff and Philips Hue Lights. I’ve had also a Hue Motion Sensor, I added it panel and also see it on Ewewling app, It looks online but It doesn’t work. It’s freezing. Never trigger.

Does anybody have info about this stüation? Thanks

Thank you jam3. Why does Sonoff led to adding Hue Motion Sensor into NSpanel then? Is it because of NSpanel supports Zigbee 3.0?
