Today, my Sonoff Zigbee motion and contact sensors stopped working. I also noticed that a firmware update (v3.8.7) was available for the NSPanel Pro, so I installed it. However, the Zigbee sensors are still not functioning properly. The automations are not working, and the sensors are not updating their status — they don’t show whether there is motion or if the doors are open or closed.
Anyone with same issues today?
What platform are you using with your Sonoff Zigbee motion and contact sensors? iHost NSPanel Pro?
If in iHost, please provide the system log and device id of the devices.
I use 3x NS panel pro, one of them as router mode

Have you tried reboot NSPro?
Yes, 3 times already. If it would help, i can send you those sensors device id
The NSPro developers will continue to analyze the logs you provided.
In the meantime, you can try re-pairing the failed zigbee device with NSPro to confirm that they are working.
Also stopped to be working and zigbee sunrichers switches, seems that something wrong with zigbee for the nspanel pro. All zigbee devices broke down this early morning. I have tried to turn on them without ewelink or nspanel pro, they work.
What i have also noticed that on nspanel pro router mode I cant adjust pilot feature turbo mode, on other 2x repeaters nspanel pro it works. Maybe you have done this morning any infrastructure modifications?
My sonoff bridge pro logged out today, only a restart helped

I’ve been having a similar problem for 2 or 3 weeks now: my Zigbee thermometers stop working. I have to restart my NSPanel Pro to reestablish communication.
