Hi, everyone, I have a problem with the TRVZB thermostatic valves. I added them through an NSPanel Pro 120, but I can’t sync them to iHost via Paral Sync — it says the device is not supported. The same happens with the SNZB-02D temperature sensor.
New device support is our highest priority, so I will check this with our team (@LMX), and will get back to you before last weekend (We are located in China, and our team is on Chinese National Day holiday now.)
By the way, iHost directly supports TRVZB and SNZB-02D. Could you tell us why would you like to add them to NSPanel Pro instead of iHost?
I’ve updated the NSPanel to version 4.0 (my miniRBS are now supported), but in the device info the firmware still shows 3.1.2. I already mentioned this in another post (NSPanel Pro v4.0.4 optimized…), and LMX told me to send him a DM with my device ID.
I would like to use the valves with both iHost and NSPanel Pro. I added them with iHost, but then they disappeared in NSPanel Pro.
Now you can drag and drop the scene actions to rearrange their order.
Added support for SNZB-03P Motion Sensor, and NSPanel Pro-Router Mode.
Paral-sync add-on now supports SNZB-03P Motion Sensor, SNZB-02D Temp.&Humi. Sensor, and TRVZB Thermostatic Remote Valve (please update Paral-sync add-on to the latest version on its detail page).
eWeLink Smart Home add-on now supports cloud control of some devices and LAN control of more sensor and light sub-devices of SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Pro. (please update eWeLink Smart Home add-on to the latest version on its detail page).
Zigbee devices themselves can only be added to one Zigbee network at the same time. So if you add TRV to iHost directly, then it will be removed from NSPanel Pro silently. The other way round is also true.
If you want to use TRV from both iHost and NSPanel Pro, the following methods will work:
Add TRV to NSPanel Pro, and then install and configure eWeLink Smart Home Add-on on iHost. This way, you are using eWeLink Smart Home Add-on to export TRV from eWeLink Cloud to iHost. This method should work right now. If you met issue using this method, please let me know.
Add TRV to NSPanel Pro, and then install and configure Paral-Sync Add-on on iHost. This way, you are using Paral-Sync Add-on to export TRV to iHost locally. Note: Paral-Sync Add-on depends on the OpenAPI of both iHost and NSPanel Pro. But NSPanel Pro V4.0.x firmware hasn’t added OpenAPI support yet. The up coming V4.1.x version firmware should have OpenAPI support.
If you add TRV to iHost directly, then the easist way to show TRV on NSPanel Pro is to install a browser on NSPanel Pro through the built-in F-Droid App store, and then use the browser to visit the CAST page of iHost. Frankly speaking, this is not as easy as it sounds.
It is essential to provide an official integration or add-on that:
Enables full control of the TRVZB from within Home Assistant - including scheduling, operating modes, and external temperature sensors.
Synchronizes device states between NSPanel Pro, iHost, and the eWeLink Cloud.
Provides access to the API for TRVZB scheduling and mode control.
In its current state, even users who remain within the eWeLink ecosystem face significant interoperability barriers, which undermines the coherence of the solution. Therefore, a proper Home Assistant integration is not just desirable. Obviously, it will be essential if you intend to support HA on iHost (including the upcoming 64-bit version). A comprehensive solution like this would greatly benefit users who choose to stay with the eWeLink platform. Right now, every available option leads to a point that is either impossible to bypass or extremely difficult to resolve.

The TRVs do not appear in the smart home add-on (they are all currently configured in the eWeLink app via NSPanel Pro 120)…
Would you please submit a report on NSPanel Pro by Settings -> About -> Feedback? And also send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro through private message, so we could find out what went wrong.
We (iHost Open Source Project team) will take over GitHub - CoolKit-Technologies/ha-addon this month in order to make it work better with Home Assistant. Maybe even better than SonoffLAN for Home Assistant OS users in the coming months.
For NSPanel Pro, we plan to export its capabilities and all of its Zigbee devices to Home Assistant through MQTT (of course, conforming to HA’s MQTT Protocol).
As for eWeLink CUBE OS (which could run on iHost and other 3rd-party hardware now), the best thing I could hope for is the built-in integration (bidirectional device synchronization) between eWeLink CUBE OS and eWeLink Cloud. Currently, user can only export devices from eWeLink Cloud to eWeLink CUBE OS through eWeLink Smart Home Add-on, the other way round is not possible.
I would like to provide you with an update regarding my system. LMX sent me the 4.0.4 update via OTA, and the installation was completed successfully. However, I am now experiencing two issues:
The NSPanel Pro is no longer detected in the Paral-sync plugin.
The mini-RBS devices, which are visible on the NSPanel Pro and were previously functioning correctly, are now displayed but do not respond to commands.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues?
You’ll have to hold your horses on that one. First, the eWeLink folks are off-duty. China’s having a national holiday, so they’re busy celebrating, relaxing, and probably clinking beer bottles while their servers nap. Second, the new firmware is still in its toddler phase: cute, promising, but not quite ready to walk. They did mention it’s a work in progress. So if you jumped on version 4.x.x, just remember that you signed up for the early-access rollercoaster. Buckle up and enjoy the ride
I am sorry to say Paral-Sync Add-on depends on the OpenAPI of both iHost and NSPanel Pro. But NSPanel Pro V4.0.x firmware hasn’t added OpenAPI support yet. The up coming V4.1.x version firmware should have OpenAPI support.

Hi, as @LMX has replied earlier, v4.0.x firmware doesn’t support OpenAPI yet, so Para-Sync Add-on won’t work right now. We will add OpenAPI support in v4.1.x firmware.
The mini-RBS devices, which are visible on the NSPanel Pro and were previously functioning correctly, are now displayed but do not respond to commands.
We are looking at this issue right now. Please allow us sometime to debug it. Our team has just come back to work today from the 8-day long Chinese National Day holiday.

Hi, we have confirmed that this is indeed a bug, we will release v4.0.6 before next Friday to dress this issue (and other issues).
PS: we’ve just released v4.0.5 tonight.
The NSPanel Pro is no longer detected in the Paral-sync plugin.
We will release a version of eWeLink Smart Home Add-on before October 17th (next Friday) which will export all Zigbee devices of NSPanel Pro to eWeLink CUBE OS on iHost.
Currently, this is the fastest way for us to enable you using Zigbee devices from NSPanel Pro on iHost.
Don’t worry, the development is on schedule, the bugfix for MINI-RBS will still be released before October 17th (next Friday as I mentioned on October 9).
v4.0.6 is used by other bugfix, so we’ll have to use v.4.0.7 for MINI-RBS bugfix.
