Hi, we have just released v4.0.7 firmware of NSPanel Pro and a new version of eWeLink Smart Home Add-on for eWeLink CUBE OS on iHost. Now users could be able to export all Zigbee devices from NSPanel Pro to iHost. Please check it out.

I’ve installed the last version of the eWeLink smart home add on but none of the zigbee devices are recognized..

Could you please provide the following information so we could conduct a further diagnosis:

  1. The exact version number of your installed eWeLink Smart Home Add-on
  2. The deviceid of your NSPanel Pro
  3. The list of your Zigbee devices connected to NSPanel Pro

Hi, sorry for the issue. We have identified the cause, and will fix it today. We’ll release a bugfix version of eWeLink Smart Home Add-on today.

Hi, I have checked the development schedule with my colleagues. We are now in the technical solution design and verification stage. We’ll start coding in November, and move into internal testing phase in December. We plan to release it before December 31th.
