I’m not sure if this was caused by the most recent firmware update because the last time I checked it updated OK but sometime between yesterday and today suddenly became like this.
Hi, do you remember what the last version you upgraded to was?
You can first try repeatedly clicking Close or Open again (around 4–5 times) and check whether you can eventually enter the page normally. Please let me know the result.
unfortunately I dont remember the firmware version.
I did try closing and opening it quite a number of times. I’ve also tried powering it up on and off (it’s connected via power cable for now). Still not working.
I’ll go ahead and try a few more times now and will get back to you if anything changes.
So the problem comes back whenever the NSPanel Pro restarts.
To fix it, the only way is to do a factory reset using the power-on / off for 5 times method.
I’ve reset it before connecting it my account, (QR code screen). I’ve reset it after connecting it to my account. I’ve tried updating the firmware.
Current firmware is 4.1.3 and it says it’s the latest version (however i can’t go to the next view when I tap “latest firmware”). Tapping on Release notes says 4.6.0 though.
