Hi everyone, I have two software updates pending on my NSPanel Pro but I am unable to upgrade since the Panel is crashing every time. It has to be hard reset (powered off and on) to put it back to operation. Can anyone help?
This is a known issue, we feel sorry for it. But we have solutions.
