NSPanel Pro: Unexpected Connectivity Issues

For the past few days, the NSPanel Pro has been acting strangely. From time to time, despite being connected to the WiFi network and having an assigned IP address (and the router showing that data is being transmitted to and from the device), it stops being visible on the eWeLink platform. The NSPanel Pro itself displays a message indicating that there is no network connection. Only a reboot helps. This behavior has never occurred before, and it is an irritating new issue. There are no objective reasons for the network connection to drop. All other devices on the network are functioning normally.
@yitie I have sent feedback from the device (ID 1001ea2549).

I have forward to the NSP team.

Many thanks. This behaviour has happened several times in the last few days, which is why I described the issue. There are no apparent problems on the local network. Nothing like this has ever happened before.

No worries, if i get sth back, will let you know at the same.

The development team has optimized the communication logic between the device and the cloud server and has pushed a beta firmware to the device you mentioned in ticket 1001ea2549. Please check and install it to see if it resolves the issue you reported. Thank you!

Thank you. It’s done.

I’ll let you know in the next few days.

Can I update the NS Panel Pro loczted at a remote site remotely through the UI? I am.running an NS Panel Pro remotely and NS Panel Pro 120 (accessible). But I have noticed I can only update the latest firmware only through settings. The fevice running remotely is still.runninh on two.previous version of firmware.

Also. Please add a reboot menu for all your devices. Its very handy for remote devices..

Looks like the problem is gone for good. Thanks.

Hello, how can I force the panel to change the software? I currently have 3.4.0 and the APP shows that there are no updates. As far as I know, version 3.8.0 is available.

Before the updates show up, you need to disable your screensaver. Then the updates appear and you may click to install. Next, brace yourself - your panel may reboot more times than a bad action movie franchise. Stay calm, and channel your inner Soviet cosmonaut: feed a monkey, touch absolutely nothing, and resist the urge to yell at the screen. Even if it seems like your device is wandering off into the great unknown, just let it do its thing. Once it finally decides it’s done with its existential crisis, reenable your screensaver. NSPanel Pro loves to keep things… interesting. That’s why I LOVE IT :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I tried many times, including with a reboot, with no results. Also waiting after the screen turned off for a few minutes. Apparently, my device must(?) remain on version 3.4.0. I just don’t know why… What bothers me the most is the very rare weather update and I thought that a software update might help.
