Hello! My NSpanel Pro has not received the latest 3.4 update. What could be happening? Could anyone help me? The device displays the message that there is no new update available.
This subject was discussed on many occasions several times in the past on this forum. The Search function can sometimes be very helpful. It’s recommend that you try it out so that you appreciate the usefulness of it
This problem has been around for many months and no one (including eWeLink?) knows why or where it came from. It is what it is and for now there is nothing we users can do about it. Interestingly, the updates are not visible in the app and in eWeLink Web. One has to follow the forum where the Staff of SONOFF in different persons informs promptly (or with a delay ) about available versions.
The first basic question is whether your panel is unlocked?
If not. Then you have to do as jam3 wrote.
From my observations, the NSP should have a very good WiFi signal to start the update.
You can check the signal by removing the WiFi connection in the nspanel menu. After searching for the network again, you will see the signal strength of your WiFi.
