Software update

Current version 1.3.4. Panel indicates that a new version is available. When I click on the “Update Available” button, a list of improvements is displayed, but there is no way to scroll down to start the update. How to update?
Same problem like here:

Would you please send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro through private message?

Hi, we’ve deployed the new firmware for your NSPanel Pro. You can now check for updates in Settings > About to get version v4.0.x. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact me!

For all users?

No, actually, this deployment was specifically for the Device ID you provided today. (Since the new version hasn’t been fully released yet we appreciate your understanding, it’s currently only available to specific devices). If you have other devices that need the new version, please send their IDs with me.

Hi!
Unfortunately, the update still doesn’t work.
I restarted the panel, under update, the same list of changes, I can’t scroll down to start updating.
I also did a reset. The only difference is that before it updated to the intermediate 1.3.4 version, now it offers the new one from the original 1.3.2 version. And the latest version can’t be installed.
Couldn’t the start update button be above the list of changes?

Could you take a photo of your NSPanel Pro on Settings -> About -> Software Update page, so we could better understand your issue?

Hi.
When I click ‘Update available’, it shows a list of changes that I can’t scroll down. Also, the back arrow doesn’t work.
I also sent a video via private message.

Maybe I’m just doing something wrong?

Hi, the upgrade notification has been updated. You should now be able to normally update to version 4.0.x. Please check in the settings page to try it.
