Unable to update NSPanel Pro S/W version

Newly installed - on version 1.5.0 .

Software Update shows “Latest version” - but AFAIK, latest version is somewhere around 2.? .

How do I update the version?

I have the same problem. NSPanel pro. Current version 2.3.0. 2.4.0 has downloaded but will not install. I’ve tried rebooting, disconnecting from power, forgetting network and reconnecting network. But it asks to confirm installation request and then does nothing. I’ll raise a support ticket.
