NSpanel pro not receiving updates after 3.0.0

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with some of my NSpanel Pros. After the 3.0.0 update, a few of them stopped receiving updates, while others are still updating just fine.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it would be appreciated.

turn off screen saver . set timeout to 15 second , once the screen goes black then touch the screen and check if the update arrived , it was mentioned in the forum many times already

And it was mentioned many times already that nobody knows why it has to be this way

For me, this process doesn’t work. I need to reboot it.
