Hello, I have 2 nspanel pro, one of them requested an update and was updated to V2 and the other one with v1.7.0 didn’t request any update.
How can we update firmware.

As per the update mechanism design, upon ‘reboot’, the device will automatically download the firmware installation package when the screen is manually awakened (from the sleep state). The process is: reboot device - device awake - device sleep - awaken device manually.
To shorten the whole process, we suggest setting the Auto-Lock to 15 seconds. You can do this by going to “Settings” > “Display” > “Auto-lock” and selecting “15 seconds”.
After manually awakening the screen, keep the device powered on for 40 minutes while ensuring that it is connected to good network status. After that, you can check if the device prompts for installation again.
