NSPanel Pro V4.x.x Beta Test Application Tool Now Open

Could you please add me to your list for the latest version as well? My NSPanel Pro device ID is 1001e388f4.

Your device is currently enrolled in the beta program. You can go to the settings page, refresh, and obtain the latest version, 4.3.3.

If you do not receive the update or encounter any download issues, please feel free to contact me at any time.

I have received the update and completed it successfully.
Thank you for your support.

Hello. On firmware 4.3.3, most of my lights now have the new settings buttons on the cards, and tapping the card toggles the lights. The two lights that indicated “ALL ON/OFF” still indicate “ALL ON/OFF” (despite there being only one light in each location - bedroom light has only one bulb and that displays correctly as “ON/OFF”), they don’t have the settings button, and tapping the card takes me to the settings page.

Thank you for your feedback. These two devices were missed in version 4.3.3. We plan to optimize this issue in the next release. Normally, single-channel devices and lighting devices should have a details page icon on their cards.

Hi. Feedback from 4.3.3: I can still find an issue with displaying the current temperature of the thermostats. They are all TRVZB (updated to 1.4.1), connected to ZBBridge-U (updated to 1.18.0). The thermometers work well. It was also an issue with 4.1.5. Have a look at the photo below. Any ideas? Device ID: 10023a8ae9 (I’m still able to control the thermostats by long-pressing the tile on the screen). The issue does not appear if TRVZB is connected directly to the panel and not ZBBridge-U.

Regarding the issue where data is not displayed on the NSPanelPro, does it show normally on the eWeLink app? If the app also shows abnormalities, you can submit feedback through the app (Profile > Feedback & Help > Feedback). When submitting, check the box for the abnormal device labeled “ZBBridge-U” and choose to upload logs.

If the issue only occurs on the NSPanelPro (with the app displaying normally), you can submit the logs from the NSPanelPro.(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit)

Hi, the app shows the correct values. Only NSPanelPro does not. I can still control TRVZB on its screen (image below). I’ve submitted the logs.

The other thing - not sure if it is connected somehow: if I connect TRVZB directly to NSPanelPro, the values are displayed, but the UI in the app looks like before 1.4.1 (i.e. there is e.g. no Boost option). If TRVZB is connected via ZBBridge-U, the Boost option is in the app, but the values are not displayed on split screens.

This is an issue with the ZBBridge-U. I have already reported it to the relevant colleagues, and we plan to optimize it in the next version of the -U firmware.

I couldn’t find any logs related to adding this device. Could you please try adding the TRV once more and submit the NSPanelPro logs promptly afterward?

Does it also include heating water? I have two circuits from one boiler. One does heating. And one does water heating (via a coil that runs through my water tank). At least in UK This is a common configuration. Maybe a zigbee dual if it exists? Or two Zigbee Minis together.

I cannot reproduce it - now it displays new UI both in app and in the Panel. Maybe it was just a “one-timer”

Based on my understanding, you have a boiler and need two separate devices to control corresponding pipelines (so you should also have corresponding temperature sources, right?).

If that’s the case, the central heating function of the NSPanelPro can accommodate your usage scenario. Would you like to give it a try?

In a central heating system, this can also be set up for this case. You make a thermostat for water heating where you add a thermometer and add a relay to start the pump for heated water.

Great, waiting for the update

I can’t upgrade to the beta from 4.1.3. I have enrolled to beta and the panel is showing there is an upgrade to 4.3.3 with a red dot in front and a refresh icon (arrows). Anyone has any idea how I can install the newest beta?

Hi, could you provide a specific screenshot of the current version page? I will check for the exact reason.
Additionally, is the Auto Firmware Download option enabled?

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Please see the attached photos for the About information.

The current page indicates that a new version has been detected but is not yet installed. You can try clicking the refresh button. If the installation is unsuccessful, please submit the NSPanelPro logs promptly (Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit).

I have tried to click this update and the refresh button for several days. The refresh button just disappers when clicked and reappears after a while. I have rebooted the device several times. I have sent the logs/feedback as suggested.

For some time now, I’ve noticed a problem with the MINI ZBRBS. They don’t respond to pressing the physical switch (Venetian blinds). Pressing them several times results in either no response or a response only after a delay. They work fine through the eWe app. There’s also a problem with them executing the programmed schedules; they don’t always execute all of them.
It’s as if they disconnected from the NSP86 and the app was the one waking them up. I have 7 of them and the problem affects all of them. There’s no problem with the MINI RBS. It’s become annoying…
NSP 4.3.3
Edit:
In NSP ALL show as offline but works from NSP… After reeboot shown ok.
