NSPanel Pro V4.x.x Beta Test Application Tool Now Open

Hi Milk, I’d like to let you know that every time I restart Wi-Fi for other problems, the NS panel pro device disconnects as expected. However, when Wi-Fi is reconnected, all the scenes I’ve set are automatically executed, and the scene log shows all the scenes I’ve recorded running simultaneously. I’ve tried several tests, but I don’t have a trigger that can activate them. I tried to replicate this by disconnecting Wi-Fi and reconnecting, and the exact same thing happens.

I have upgraded to v4.4-440-440-1161 and almost all devices are disconnected, I rebooted the unit multiple times but I can’t get devices connected (router & end devices). I have submitted the feedback five minutes ago. Device ID is 100177c43b. I’ll try to reboot the unit tomorrow again.

Hi, Please try unplugging and replugging the power to restart the NSPanelPro.

Two hours after my message yesterday, all devices connected to the panel (so same behaviour as previous version), I didn’t need to reset the panel. Now it seems to be stable.

Any way I can get this beta version released so that I can use the new senseguard gen2 contact switches. My NSpanel pro pairs witb them and I can see them. The current version will not allow me to use them as a trigger.

Are you thinking of using this device as a trigger for a scene? May I ask what the specific device ID is? I can check if the current beta version supports it.

I just want to use my Sonoff zigbee NSPanel Pro 120 to see the Sonoff xigbee switch open/close so that I can use it to switch a Sonoff zigbee switch. Really not that complicated.

Hi, you can try removing this device and adding it again. If it still doesn’t work properly, please submit the NSPanelPro logs promptly.(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit)

Is there any hope that the device futures will work as they were working before your attempts to make it “better” or to just accept that we have useless devices after we were lured to enroll in this nonsense?

also is there a way to just ditch the beta testing and return the device to its usable state or its better to just rip it off the wall and change it with poe screen with HA always on screen?

When will you fix all these bugs? I already have annoying phone calls from customers because of you. They tell how are happy with Sonoff (ironically). Gateways from you nôt working except iHost.

Hi, based on user feedback, we have fixed some issues and plan to address them together in version 4.4.6.

You can report specific issues and submit app logs, and I will forward them to the relevant colleagues.

Regarding the issue where the app crashes after iHost, acting as a Matter Bridge, syncs devices to the app and NSPanel Pro, we have also fixed it. This fix is expected to be included in the next app version.

Hi, The Android version is expected to be released on April 8th. Devices synced from iHost can always have their names modified in the eWeLink app — is this the situation you’re referring to? During our testing for the crash fix, we were able to sync over 40 devices simultaneously, so there is no specific limit. If you still encounter issues with the new version, we will investigate further based on your logs.

My specific one is that I get calls quite often from customers saying they not working smart home. Some are normal and some are rude.

No vlastně je to jen takové dálkové ovládání… scény si fungují kdy chtějí, termostat zase nefunguje, hlavice vytápění fungují občas… s každou optimalizací a opravou je to jen horší. Chtěl jsem alespoň polointeligentní domácnost a mám jen občasný dálkový ovladač…
Ano odesílám zpětnou vazbu často…
Vrcholem je vypouštění nefunkčních verzí před volnem a víkendem, takže pak se o to déle čeká na další záplatu… S každou verzí je to jen a jen horší.

Ja mám šťastie že som plné lokálny. Tie NSPP mali slúžiť ako terminály ale ani to nezvládajú. Pozri si Lokálne ovládanie CubeOS tam toľko problémov nie je ako s NSPP a zbb-p/u.

S týmto súhlasím dačo opravia a dačo pokazia. A je to čoraz horšie.

I want my ns panel pros to stop receiving beta updates, I have downgraded them back down to a v2 software via recovery mode and I’ve removed them from my account so they no longer appear enrolled in the beta, but they keep trying to install the v4.4 beta software.
